Non-Media Filming & Photography

Winnipeg Public Library allows amateur photography and filming on library premises with permission. This includes wedding photography, family portraits, school projects and other non-commercial purposes.

All requests for filming and photography in Winnipeg Public Library facilities must be approved in advance by Winnipeg Public Library Administration. Please make your request at least 3 business days in advance of your desired date.
