Program Proposal
Winnipeg Public Library welcomes proposals to partner on delivering programs. Program proposals are evaluated on
several points, including interests of the local community, the suitability of the Library's physical space,
resources required, and a program's contribution to the Library's overall schedule of events. Proposed programs
should be of high quality, provide unbiased information, and complement the Library's collections, services and
goals.
- Programs are usually arranged 4 to 6 months in advance and must be open and free to the public.
- The library does not allow commercial advertising or direct solicitation. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please complete the application. Your application will be made available to program planning staff for consideration.
Due to the high volume of submissions, we cannot acknowledge receipt of your proposal. If a staff member is
interested in booking your program, you will be contacted directly. Proposals will be accepted and reviewed for
the sole purpose of program consideration. They will not be shared or used for any other purpose, and will not
be retained beyond one year.
