CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:
As renovation work continues indoors, the contour of the future West End branch of the Library is now clearly visible as workers put the finishing touches on the grade beams and pile caps. This will be followed by several weeks of structural steel construction, which will encase the new stairwell and elevator pit.
