bullet Homebound Reader Service: Deliver books to homebound people unable to visit the library due to illness, infirmity, or disability. For more information call 311, or read the Homebound Volunteer position description PDF.

bullet Families Learning Together, Homework Clubs and more: Volunteer with Frontier College's Library partnered programs. For more information, click here.

bullet Library Board and Library Advisory Committees: Serve on one of the Library's citizen advisory boards. Applications are available from the City Clerk’s Department or at clerks@winnipeg.ca. Appointments to the Library Board and Library Advisory Committees are made for two-year terms, to a maximum of six years. For applications for citizen member positions, please download the 2009 Citizen Appointments to Boards and Commissions (Library Advisory Committee section PDF).

bullet Youth Advisory Council: Students in grades nine, ten, and eleven provide feedback on the Winnipeg Public Library Teen website (Booked) and other library services. For more information, call 311.

bullet Friends of the Winnipeg Public Library: An organization for people committed to assisting the Library in providing the best possible library system through fundraising and other support. For more information, call 488-3217.
